GarLyn Zoo Experience

I was so excited when I got in the truck with my grandparents to go to GarLyn Zoo 6 miles east of Naubinway, MI towards the Mackinac Bridge.
GarLyn Zoo is in the U.P. (Upper Peninsula) by St.Ignace.
When I got in, all I could smell was animal feces. It stunk! I was still excited about it. The first things that we saw were the birds. There was a medium-sized bird cage. That was cool. I saw a skunk exhibit so I ran over to it. First I got my picture taken. I was so excited about the skunk that I walked right past the Tortoises and Turtles!
The skunk was really awesome, but I moved on, on to the Black Bears!! I've never actually seen a real life bear before, not even in other Zoos! This animal was the only animal that I was looking forward to seeing. I was so amazed, but I still moved on. Across from me there was another bear, but he had a friend, a dog!! It was some sort of Labrador or something. I dunno. Anyways, I caught the dog and the bear playing. It was super sweet. I looked back and saw that the bear had attacked a raven!! That was the coolest part of the trip.
I saw the tigers next. One tiger was napping while the other one was stalking the raven. I think it smelled the flesh of the raven. I turned around and saw a new, exotic animal; a New Guinea singing dog! I sung with it for a little and then I left that exhibit. I saw the alligator that escaped from the Zoo and was found on US-2. That was awesome.
And at the end of the trail, in the woods, I saw a wild bunny! The Zoo didn't own it, it was just eating leaves. That was very cool! I saw goats in their cages and chickens running around, and I even was able to scrape off extra goat food, and feed it to them! Then it was time to go.
I will never forget about the "GarLyn Zoo Experience!"
